Customer churn is a primary thing that business needs to arrest in order to ensure customer retention. This increases chances of repeat purchases and hence increases the probability of increasing the AOV (Average Order Value). In the long run it helps increase the CLTV (Customer Life Time Value).
Analysing the purchase behaviour of a customer and by comparing the same with that of the purchase behaviour of similar customer cohorts, it is possible to predict churn.
